Fair Use Policy
How plan and contract usage allowances apply to AllureConnect subscriptions.
What "Up to X" Means
Any quantity described as "up to" is the maximum allowance included in the plan or order form that applies to your workspace. Current self-service allowances are shown on the pricing page; negotiated Enterprise allowances are defined in the applicable order form.
- •Packages and storage: Counted for the workspace according to its plan or contract.
- •Learner or registration usage: Measured using the billing unit stated for the selected plan.
- •Workspace features: Availability depends on the plan and any signed order form.
How Allowances Are Applied
We apply the allowance and billing method published for your plan at the time of purchase, or the terms in your signed order form. This policy does not create additional numerical limits beyond those documents. If an allowance or billing method changes, the applicable subscription and contract terms govern when the change takes effect.
When a Capacity Review May Apply
If a workspace approaches or exceeds an applicable allowance, or its usage materially affects service reliability, we may contact the workspace owner to review capacity, operational safeguards, or a suitable plan. We will use the plan, order form, and governing agreement as the basis for that review.
Monitoring and Alerts
We monitor usage against plan- or contract-defined limits and may notify you when usage approaches or reaches an applicable allowance.
