## What is AllureConnect?

AllureConnect is a hosted learning-delivery backend for content teams distributing controlled courses into client LMSs and software teams embedding learning infrastructure. It combines supported SCORM hosting and dispatch, xAPI statement ingestion, tenant-aware APIs, webhooks, and published self-serve plans.

- Enterprise: Custom agreement — 50,000+ active learners, 5 TB storage, and custom commercial terms

Support response targets, availability commitments, identity requirements, and infrastructure terms are not standard public entitlements; any such terms must be agreed in writing.

## Compliance and Security

AllureConnect has not published a product-level SOC 2 attestation. GDPR-ready processor materials, including a DPA template and subprocessor register, are available for customer review. See the public privacy and security documentation for the current control boundary.

## LMS Compatibility

Designed for standards-based delivery to supported SCORM-compatible LMSs. Compatibility must be verified against the target LMS and package version before a production rollout; the dated compatibility matrix records completed evidence lanes.

## API

AllureConnect provides a comprehensive REST API at /api/v1 for programmatic access. Authenticate with Bearer token API keys issued from the dashboard. The API supports package upload and management, launch URL generation, learner session retrieval, dispatch link creation, webhook configuration, and tenant management.
